DRAGON"S LAIR ADVENTURE
Dragon Adventure is just that, A Big Adventure! We now add in imagination and themed challenges that inspire this age group to think big. Each class brings a new adventure that they Dragons will work together to achieve. This not only of course helps them learn new skills without even knowing they are learning, but it builds teamwork, respect, creative thinking, spatial reasoning, and perseverance.
GIRLS GYM JAM
Gym Jam is an 18 level program designed to build your child's confidence as they experience new skills and challenges. Beginning at age 6 this program begins to focus on skill acquisition, leadership development and overall fitness. Our coaches follow lesson plans that coincide with our very own level system that ensures success at every level of ability.
GYM KIDS
Gym Kids are gaining increased motor development, eye-hand coordination, and fine motor skills! Junior Peas are also quickly assimilating language and are able to understand and independently follow basic instructions in gymnastics class. The Gym Kids curriculum is designed to provide skill development on the floor, beam bars, and vault.
